How long does it take to receive a printed order?

Printed items are made to order and typically take 2 to 7 business days to produce, followed by 2 to 5 business days for shipping. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

How long does it take to receive digital downloads?

Instantly available for download via the normal Etsy methods.

What file format will I receive, and how do I use it?

Digital items are delivered as PDF, JPG, and XLSX files, ready to download and use on your PC. Please ensure you have a printer or the proper software to work with the file you purchase.

What's the best way to print my files?

For the sharpest results, we recommend printing on cardstock or matte photo paper at a local print shop or using a home printer set to its highest quality setting. Standard printer paper works too for everyday use.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our items are made to order or delivered digitally, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out to us at sales@autumnglowstudio.com and we'll make it right.

How do I know what size to order?

Our tees and hoodies run true to size. Check the size chart photo on each listing before ordering, and when in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I request a custom design or personalization?

Please email sales@autumnglowstudio.com if you have a question about custom work. We will do our best to accommodate.

Where do I find my digital download after purchase?

Your files are available instantly in your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews, though Etsy also sends a confirmation email with a direct download link.
